Tropical Produce
& African Superfoods

Cashew nuts, dried mango, moringa powder, baobab, and processed tropical produce from HACCP-certified African processors, for Turkish food manufacturers, health brands, and import distributors.

Africa produces 40 to 45 percent of the world's raw cashew nuts. It is also the origin of moringa, baobab, shea butter, and a range of dried tropical fruits now classified as functional superfoods in European and Turkish health retail markets. Sourcing these products origin-direct means lower cost, better freshness, and the traceability documentation increasingly demanded by buyers and retailers.

Cashew Nuts: West Africa's Premium Export

Côte d'Ivoire is the world's largest raw cashew producer, followed closely by Tanzania, Mozambique, and Guinea-Bissau. Processed cashew kernels (W240, W320, W450 grades) from these origins are HACCP-certified and available in 10 kg vacuum-sealed cans or bulk bags for food manufacturing and retail applications.

W240 (240 kernels per pound) is the premium whole kernel grade used in confectionery and premium snack applications. W320 is the most widely traded grade, versatile for trail mix, chocolate coatings, and direct retail sale. W450 is the most economical grade, widely used in bakery and food service applications.

All cashew kernel shipments include a full document set: HACCP certificate, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, aflatoxin and pesticide residue analysis report, moisture certificate, and certificate of origin valid for Turkish and EU customs clearance.

"Functional foods and superfoods are among the fastest-growing categories in Turkish health retail and European import distribution. African origin products, moringa, baobab, dried mango, have a credibility and terroir that no synthetic equivalent can match."

Moringa, Baobab & African Superfoods

Moringa oleifera, originating from West and East Africa, produces leaves with exceptional nutritional density: gram-for-gram, higher protein content than yoghurt, more iron than spinach, and more Vitamin C than oranges. Moringa leaf powder is produced by certified processors in Nigeria, Ghana, and Senegal using controlled drying and milling processes that preserve nutritional integrity.

Baobab fruit powder from the adansonia digitata tree is produced primarily in Mali, Senegal, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, and prebiotic fibre, baobab powder is certified organic by ECOCERT or equivalent bodies and is increasingly used by European health food manufacturers in smoothie powders, energy bars, and nutraceutical products.

We also source moringa seed oil (cold-pressed), shea butter (unrefined and refined grades), tigernuts (chufa), and dried ginger from certified African processors, all with full organic and HACCP certification documentation.

Oven-dried and freeze-dried tropical fruits, moringa, baobab, and superfood powders, packed to food export standards from certified African facilities.

Dried Tropical Fruits

Africa's fruit diversity, mango, pineapple, papaya, banana, guava, and tamarind, is increasingly processed into dried, freeze-dried, and dehydrated formats for the international health food and food ingredient market. Processing facilities in Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, and Uganda produce these products under HACCP and BRC certification for export.

Oven-dried mango (without added sugar, sulphites, or artificial preservatives) from Ghana and Burkina Faso is among the highest-demand items for European and Turkish organic health importers. Freeze-dried variants offer superior colour retention and nutrient preservation for premium product applications.

We coordinate packaging in 5 kg and 10 kg bulk export cartons for food manufacturer input, or 100g–250g retail-ready bags for branded health product applications. Shelf-life ranges from 12 to 24 months depending on processing method and packaging specification.
