ICUMSA-45 Sugar: The Global Standard
ICUMSA 45 is measured by the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis. A number of 45 indicates white, fully refined sugar with minimal color and impurities. Turkish processors convert Brazilian and Indian raw cane into ICUMSA-45 and re-export it with all the internationally accepted trade documentation African buyers need.
Available in 50 kg polypropylene bags (standard and jumbo bag options), bulk vessels, and big bags (1 MT). Standard lot sizes from 1×20FCL (approximately 25 MT) upward, with monthly supply contracts available for consistent buyers.
Independent SGS inspection at Turkish load port, covering weight, moisture, ICUMSA color, ash content, and SO₂, is standard with every shipment. GAFTA and FOSFA documentation packages are prepared as part of our standard service.

Turkey is the world's second-largest wheat flour exporter, with a milling industry producing T55, T65, bread flour, and semolina grades that meet European quality standards. Turkish flour mills are HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, operating with consistent protein content, moisture levels, and falling number specifications.
We supply flour in 25 kg and 50 kg PP bags, 1 MT big bags, and bulk. Lots start from 1×20FCL (approximately 25 MT) with FOB and CIF pricing available to all major African ports. Custom milling specifications (protein %, ash content) can be arranged for industrial food manufacturers.
All flour shipments include phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, moisture and quality analysis report, and packing list, meeting import documentation requirements in Nigeria, Cameroon, Senegal, Kenya, and all other destination markets we supply.

Raw Sugar & Other Agricultural Commodities
Beyond ICUMSA-45, we handle raw cane sugar (ICUMSA 600–1200) for buyers running their own local refineries. Raw sugar shipments follow the same GAFTA documentation standard as white sugar, with polarization and ICUMSA values certified by independent laboratory at load port.
Additional bulk agricultural commodities we handle include: chickpeas, lentils, barley, corn (yellow maize), and sunflower meal. Turkish agricultural cooperatives produce these at volume, and we facilitate export to African food manufacturers and animal feed producers.
All commodity shipments can be arranged under letters of credit (LC), documents against payment (D/P), or open account terms depending on buyer relationship history and volume commitment.
