Turkish ceramics are exported to over 150 countries, earning a global reputation for design quality and surface durability. Turkish structural steel and cement are among the most price-competitive in the world, making them an ideal material source as Africa accelerates its largest infrastructure investment cycle in a generation.
Ceramic Tiles: 150+ Countries Can't Be Wrong
Turkey is the fourth-largest ceramic tile producer in the world and among its top three exporters. Factories concentrated in Kütahya, Bilecik, and Çanakkale produce floor tiles, wall tiles, large-format porcelain slabs (60×60 cm up to 120×260 cm), and mosaic tiles, all CE-marked and tested to EN ISO standards for slip resistance, breaking strength, and water absorption.
Design ranges span classic marble and travertine imitations, contemporary concrete and wood-look surfaces, decorative feature tiles, and plain colour collections suitable for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. New collections arrive twice annually aligned with industry design cycles.
Minimum order is typically 1×20FCL (approximately 1,500–2,000 m² depending on tile size and thickness). We can consolidate multiple tile types and sizes in a single container to minimize shipping costs for smaller projects.
"Africa is building. Housing deficits across the continent run in the tens of millions of units. Turkish ceramic tile and steel manufacturers are positioned to supply these projects at the right quality, right price, and with the documentation African construction companies and banks require."
- MEEI Hub Construction DeskSteel Rebar, Structural Sections & Cement
Turkey's steel industry, centred around Iskenderun, Karabük, and Ereğli, produces rebar (BS 4449, ASTM A615 Gr60), HEA/HEB structural sections, steel pipes, and merchant bar to internationally recognised standards. Turkish steel is exported to construction projects in over 80 countries.
We supply rebar in standard diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm, in 6 m and 12 m lengths, in 5–6 MT bundles. Mill test certificates (MTC) and CE marking documentation are included with every shipment. Port-to-port logistics are coordinated to Lagos, Cotonou, Tema, Mombasa, and Dar es Salaam.
Portland cement (CEM I 42.5N and 52.5N, CEM II 32.5R) is available in 50 kg bags, big bags, and bulk, from certified Turkish clinker plants with ISO 9001 and CE certification. We coordinate bulk vessel and container shipments for project procurement requirements.
Turkish construction materials are now specified in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across 150+ countries globally.
Sanitaryware & Aluminium Profiles
Turkish sanitaryware manufacturers, concentrated in Bilecik and Bolu, produce vitreous china toilet suites, washbasins, bathtubs, and shower trays to EN 997 and EN 14688 standards. Products are available in standard white and a range of contemporary colour finishes, with wall-hung and floor-mounted options for different architectural specifications.
Aluminium extrusion profiles for doors, windows, curtain wall systems, and architectural facades are produced by leading Turkish extruders to EN 755 and EN 12020 standards, with powder-coat and anodized finishing available in any RAL colour. Thermal break systems for energy-efficient window and facade systems are available for premium projects.
For large hospitality, residential, or commercial development projects, we coordinate full material packages combining tiles, sanitaryware, aluminium, steel, and cement into a consolidated procurement and logistics program.
